Our experience in this area is well known and we have provided services to a number of leading Trade Associations for many years, who know that we are able to look after their particular needs.

We also understand the sometimes complex and diverse organizational structure of Trade Associations and the sensitive reporting framework they often have. We aim to get the job done with minimal disruption in a cost effective manner, in order to meet pre-determined deadlines.

We have established a dedicated team of specialist staff that understand the needs and requirements of your Trade Association. We also understand the seven steps, which are essential in developing an effective Trade Association:

  2. Develop the internal structure to optimize the effectiveness of the working relationship between the Chief Executive and the council/committees.

  5. Conduct regular benchmarking and other relevant surveys for members.
  6. Provide annual Value for Money reports to members.
  7. Adopt the best management practices in quality assurance and financial management and control.
